..........how difficult can it be? There's a shortage of houses in the South East UK and I have a house to sell. So you'd think people would be queuing up to be shown around this moderately priced, end-of-terrace property with double glazing, gas central heating and a good sized garden. (All offers in excess of £180k considered!!)But you're not considering the effect your typical UK Estate Agent on the equation!!
"Yes Sir, sign up to our "Superior" service and you'll have TWO estate agents trying to bulls things up for you!!"
If anyone out there is looking for an easy way to earn a living then ditch your current job and become an Estate Agent!! The only qualification is the ability to look busy and pass the buck onto someone else!!
So, here it is: I'm paying £5k for a collection of dim-wits to pass the blame between them as to why they're not getting people along to look at my house!!
Oh yes, they have polished excuses such as "well it's a slow time of year" and "well, it wasn't really what the customer was looking for" But at the end of the day it's their job to sell houses - so why aren't they any good at it?!!
